How to Map a Network Drive/Folder

On your desktop Click on the file explorer button this will open a new file explorer window. This guide assumes you have existing access to the folder/location you are attempting to map.

On the left hand column locate "THIS PC"
And Right click on it.

You should now see a menu pop up, navigate to MAP NETWORK DRIVE and left click it.  

Select preferred drive letter here. You can select a letter that is already mapped. Just keep in mind that there will be an additional box that will appear and ask you if you really want to over write the existing letter.

In this particular guide we will the network location of \\aur-fp03\Group Folders\Human Resources. We will select Drive F:

Select Finish. And now you should see a new file explorer pop up with access to that network locations folders and files.
