Phish Alert Button

The Phish Alert Button is a feature provided to us to report illegitimate or annoying emails you may receive.  It can be found in the upper right corner of your Outlook and it looks like this

When you get a phishing email, you can use the button in your Outlook on that message which will perform 3 tasks for you at once.

1. It will open a box similar to below that shows what you are doing

When you click OK, it will open a second window showing you what's been done

        2.  It will remove that email from your inbox

        3.  It will place a block on that sender, stopping them from emailing you again (this will only affect you, not the entire company)
