Down on the Taskbar there is an arrow. Click on the arrow to expand it
In here find the VPN client which looks like a lock. Rt click on the Lock and select SHOW CLIENT
Now click on the Remote Access VPN
In this screen click on the on Manage Settings
Delete any entry that may show up here, whether it is sgw.mitutoyo.com, ATT or Comcast. Delete all of them by selecting each one individually and clicking the "delete" button until they're all gone.
Once they are all deleted Click New to enter the Site Wizard. Start by clicking Next
Enter sgw.mitutoyo.com and click next
Select the dropdown window and select the MFA option and then click Next
The site should be added and you will see this screen. Click Finish
Answer Yes at the Would you like to connect screen
And finally Connect. The VPN should work now.
