Access to voicemails can most easily be found in the Ring Central APP.
In the ‘Phone’ menu item, you have Dial Pad, Call & Voicemail tabs. If there are any calls that came in or voicemails, you’ll see a number next to the name of the tab.
Click the Voicemail Tab. If you are a member of a team that has a group voicemail, you’ll see two tabs. Your personal voicemail, and the group voicemail. (My example here is my voice mail and the IT voicemail.
You can click on the call on the left and the voicemail will open up in the middle. You can listen to it, and it’s also transcribed in text right there.
You’ll get Voicemail Notifications too.
