Internet access issues due to FilteringProxy Windows Security popup

You may come across this popup repeatedly on your computer, effectively stopping you from accessing websites, Concur, Outlook, etc.  The resolution to this issue is below

1.  Search the computer for "Proxy Settings" and open it

2.  Identify whether the "Use setup script" is turned on and/or a script address exists in the setup script field.

3.  If Use Setup Script is turned on, turn it off.  If anything is in the script address field, delete it all.

4.  Reboot your PC
