Instructions for enabling GSCM after installation:
You need to make sure "hidden files" are visible in File Explorer to see the "app data" folder.
Open File Explorer, click on the "View" tab, and then enable "Show hidden items
Below is the typical path to get to the application that needs to get unblocked. Go to the C:\Users\%username%\AppData\Local\Apps\2.0 folder and dig in a couple directories below until you see the clic..tion folder. Inside this folder is the ClickOnce.LQ2_MGI.PR.exe file. You need to check the Unblock this App box for GSCM to run. The folders above clic..tion folder seem randomly named but the folder structure seems consistent across different computers. After that, they can start the app from the from their browser or from the start menu. It is faster to use the start menu to start up the app and you can pin it to the start menu or task bar or even add a shortcut on their desktop.
