Microsoft Windows Defender Blocking Application Install

1. Sometimes when double clicking an icon to install an application, you will receive a message similar to below   

       2. To resolve this issue, you will need to locate the executable that you are trying to install.  Right click on the file, and then left click on "properties".  You will see a tab called "General" that should have this "unblock" box at the bottom.

         3.  Check the "unblock" box and click OK.  Then try again to double click the executable to install the file.
